A palace spokesperson told Us Weekly, "After undertaking a routine test the duke has tested positive for Covid and with regret will no longer be attending [the] service."

Jobson told People that Elizabeth asking Andrew to come to the memorial service "shows she wholeheartedly loves and believes her son."
