The Union Public Service Commission is a basic body conducting the basic examination and recruitment for the UPSC updates exam or majorly known as the IAS exam for the Civil Services Examination. Different phases of the exams-
· The fist phase is all about the UPSC updates preliminary exams, which is meant for the screening test and is basic step. The main outcome is to test the qualification of the nature of the aspirants. The score here obtained is not to be counted or calculated in the final merit prepared. But the only importance of the marks obtained here is to determine the cut-off for the first phase exam.
· The second phase is the exam which is been differentiated with different patterns of the paper as per the different categories of the exams, like IAS, IPS and many more.
· The third phase is all about the personal interview and the personality test. The final recruitment, posting and the location is given to the candidate in the personal exams.
